UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery Times
In stock goods are despatched within 48 hours. Delivery times take a bit longer if the item is out of stock. You will be notified in this instance. If delivery time is "the essence" of the order and an important deadline must be made please make this clear when ordering. Small items and accessories will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post and take 2-3 working days delivery when ordered separately.
Tryskating cannot be held responsible for delivery times if the item has already been dispatched and the carrier is having problems delivering to your address. Delivery times are based on a standard working day (Mon-Fri). All orders will require a signature, so please make sure someone is at your delivery address to sign for your package. Be aware some delivery times are affected by extenuating circumstance beyond our control. We do our best to keep you informed of any occurrence that affects delivery times.
What is your Exchanges/Returns Policy? What if the item I ordered was the wrong size?
We provide a 30 day exchange or return policy. For exchanges we send out the replacements to you FREE of charge if in mainland UK. However you will need to cover the cost of sending the ordered items back to us. For international orders, due to the costs involved in delivery, customers are responsible for exchange/returns postage both ways.
Returned goods must be in pristine condition. It is absolutely essential that skate wheels are not marked therefore we recommend trying on goods at home on the carpet and not venturing onto harder surfaces until the skate boot fits satisfactorily. If the skate wheels are marked the skates cannot be returned unless faulty. So please take care until you are satisfied. The returned goods must be in the original box and include any accessories that accompanied the skates. To avoid sticking labels directly onto the skate box it requires to be wrapped We suggest that initially the original wrappings be retained for this purpose.
We do our very best to avoid sending faulty goods but should this occur please contact us for a returns number before sending goods back. Without this number returns take longer to process. Remember you are responsible for the costs of return postage, unless a product was received damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent.
