What is your Exchanges/Returns Policy? What if the item I ordered was the wrong size?
We provide a 30 day exchange or return policy. For exchanges we send out the replacements to you FREE of charge if in mainland UK. However you will need to cover the cost of sending the ordered items back to us. For international orders, due to the costs involved in delivery, customers are responsible for exchange/returns postage both ways.
Returned goods must be in pristine condition. It is absolutely essential that skate wheels are not marked therefore we recommend trying on goods at home on the carpet and not venturing onto harder surfaces until the skate boot fits satisfactorily. If the skate wheels are marked the skates cannot be returned unless faulty. So please take care until you are satisfied. The returned goods must be in the original box and include any accessories that accompanied the skates. To avoid sticking labels directly onto the skate box it requires to be wrapped We suggest that initially the original wrappings be retained for this purpose.
We do our very best to avoid sending faulty goods but should this occur please contact us for a returns number before sending goods back. Without this number returns take longer to process. Remember you are responsible for the costs of return postage, unless a product was received damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent.
